A central, key ingredient in the work against racism and the inherent white privilege that exists in the United States is the development of authentic relationships between whites and people of color. Our relationships with one another will not change until we personally know, respect, and value one another.
Therefore, as a multi-cultural work team, the members of the Anti-Racism Work Team are working to deepen their own authentic relationships with one another.
